📋 Booking Policies / Agreement

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Braid styles cannot be changed on the day of the appointment.
• Please arrive with clean, detangled, and stretched hair. Do not apply any hair product apart from leave-in conditioner.
• Rescheduling can only occur at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
• Late arrivals after 30 minutes & within 1 hour incur a fee of $20. After 1 hour, the deposit is forfeited and you may rebook your appointment.
• Clients need to bring their own hair, extensions, or additional materials.
